Strategic Data Analyst - Academic Scheduling

- This position will be responsible for advanced analytical support, high level strategic planning, SAS programming, collaborating with internal/external teams, project management, accountability for the operational effectiveness and efficiency of the Academic Scheduling and Data Analytics department to achieve Dallas College's mission and goals.
- Quickly adapt to new policies, technologies, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and outcomes, providing strategic direction and demonstrating expertise in predictive modeling, data visualization, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Information System, or closely related field with an emphasis on data visualization tools, SAS programming, research design, data modeling, data mining, and advanced analytics reporting.
- Two (2) or more years demonstrated expertise in strong SAS skill, SQL skill, PowerBI dashboard, Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power Automate, Power Apps, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)
- One (1) or more years of experience in Workday/ Ad Astra Scheduling software/ Boomi/ Edify (EAB) and work-related experience in higher education is preferred.
