- Job Description Under general supervision, responsible for maintaining a successful relationship with one or more national HVAC residential platform partners, as well as working with field sales and participating/nonparticipating centers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintains key relationships and grows business with one or more assigned national or regional channel partners.
- Collaborates with assigned channel partners and assists with marketing initiatives, go to market product positioning, retail sales training and expansion into new markets.
- Assists in developing and implementing training for the field sales organization and participating centers.
- Assists in contract negotiation to ensure healthy and sustainable growth.
