- Responsibilities GENERAL SUMMARY:The Store Team Leader - In Training supports the Store Team Leader in the effective planning and implementation of all store processes including ordering, receiving, stocking, creative merchandising, presentation, selling, staffing and superior customer support.
- Assist in implementation and maintenance of plan-o-zones; ensure merchandise is presented according to established practices and Store Team Leader direction.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by controlling damages, markdowns, scanning, paperwork, and facility controls.
