HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Progressive Care Unit RN to fill an opening with a diverse hospital system in Independence, MO. 
 
Daily Responsibilities for Progressive Care Unit RN: 
 

<ul>
	<li>Provide professional nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process. 
	</li><li>Collaborate with other members of the health care delivery team including physicians, to deliver quality health care. 
	</li><li>Progressive care nursing are the master coordinators of the unit, juggling care for their patients while keeping the entire health care team on the same page. 
	</li><li>Have high-level critical thinking skills, vast clinical knowledge, and are able to stay calm under pressure. Patient safety is their number one objective.
	</li><li>Shift: 3/12s 7pm-7am, weekend rotate (nights)
</li></ul>

Required Qualifications for Progressive Care Unit RN:

<ul>
	<li>Missouri RN license
	</li><li>ASN or BSN or higher in nursing
	</li><li>1+ year of Med-Surg or other bedside nursing (acute care)
	</li><li>BLS/ACLS required
</li></ul>

 
Preferred Qualifications for Progressive Care Unit RN:

<ul>
	<li>Missouri RN license
	</li><li>ASN or BSN or higher in nursing
	</li><li>1+ year of Med-Surg or other bedside nursing (acute care)
	</li><li>BLS/ACLS required
</li></ul>
