- Provide overall strategic training leadership to the organization, with the Chief of Staff and General Counsel to define Training goals and objectives and to ensure our training processes allow us to fully leverage the skills and talents of our people.
- In consultation with organization leadership, design, develop and implement a leadership development program.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required, from an accredited College or University in Adult Learning, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field PHR or SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP Certifications with significant course work in learning is preferred.
- Must be free of communicable disease as defined by the appropriate state and to the extend that knowledge is attainable under the law.
