Description 
Robert Half has an opportunity for a full-time Staff Accountant position with a great healthcare organization. 
Accounts Payable (AP) Functions:
<ul>
<li>
Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently using Netsuite software.
</li>
<li>
Review and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
</li>
<li>
Maintain vendor accounts, reconcile statements, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
</li>
<li>
Prepare and process payments through various methods, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
</li>
<li>
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and discrepancies in purchase orders.
</li>
</ul>
Accounts Receivable (AR) Functions:
<ul>
<li>
Generate customer invoices and statements promptly and accurately within Netsuite software.
</li>
<li>
Post and apply customer payments accurately, ensuring proper allocation and reconciliation.
</li>
<li>
Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue invoices to facilitate timely collections.
</li>
<li>
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes with customers in a professional manner.
</li>
<li>
Maintain customer accounts, update billing information, and address inquiries related to invoices and payments.
</li>
</ul>
<h3>Financial Reporting and Analysis</h3>
<ul>
<li>
Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation of AP and AR reports.
</li>
<li>
Reconcile AP and AR sub-ledgers to the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
</li>
<li>
Provide support for audits and regulatory compliance by preparing documentation and reports as needed.
</li>
<li>
Analyze AP and AR trends, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
</li>
</ul>
Requirements - Spreadsheet and database capabilities
<ul>
<li>
High attention to detail
</li>
<li>
Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines
</li>
<li>
Ability to work well in matrix organization and dealing with ambiguity
</li>
<li>
Competent with spreadsheets and databases
</li>
<li>
Accounts Payable (AP) experience required
</li>
<li>
Strong familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)
</li>
<li>
Comprehensive knowledge of NetSuite
</li>
<li>
Self-starter and strong ethical standards
</li>
<li>
BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics
</li>
<li>
2+ years of recent and relevant accounting experience
</li>
<li>
Mature organizational, written and verbal communication skills
</li>
<li>
Top notch analytical, quantitative and social skills
</li>
<li>
ERP system experience 
</li>
</ul>
