- In this strategic role as a Senior Marketing Operations and Analytics Manager, you will analyze marketing programs' performance data to help the marketing teams understand the effectiveness of overall and individual campaigns and deliver actionable insights for increased investment or corrective improvements.
- Proactively engage and collaborate with marketing leadership, digital marketing, demand gen, field marketing, product marketing, and content marketing teams, on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to communicate progress, take feedback and adjust plans to continue to improve performance and business objectives.
- BI and Visualization: Strong in data visualization, reporting, interactive dashboards, and data modeling.
- Technology Platforms: Hands on experience in Marketo, SFDC, GA4, 6sense, Zoominfo, Tableau, Excel etc.
- AI and ML: Strong interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning principles including statistical analysis, model creation and application of custom analytical models.
