- The Senior Manager Leadership Development will use in-depth sales/management training curriculums and certifications related to field experience to manage the design, development, facilitation, and measurement of sales training programs for the Leadership Development Commercial Training Team and supporting HR Leadership Development programs.
- This position will also focus on large projects such as gap analysis, data and analytic reporting, vendor management and continuous development through certifications.
- Manage the design and facilitation of Ferring core curriculum programs existing and creation of new programming annually for leadership development (emerging leaders, existing leaders and tenured leaders) in collaboration with Human Resources.
- Create and project manage curriculum that includes: gap/opportunity identification, content creation and development, instructional design, vendor management, budget management, and communication to key stakeholders with data analytics and insights for current, tenured and existing leadership withing the commercial organization.
