- Sr. Manager, Customer Support Operations and Infrastructure will need to have a superior understanding of the offerings and opportunities that lie within Salesforce, and how we leverage their tools to create a streamlined engagement layer/CRM. BlueVine is also looking to adopt best-in-class tools including but not limited to, an omni-channel provider, a case management tool, a quality management solution and workforce management tool.
- This is not a fully remote role.
- Cross-org consultant with industry leading knowledge across all critical platforms (telephony/IVR, case mgmt, WFM, QA, proprietary in-house platform)
- Develop robust reporting and analytics to measure and monitor tech strategy effectiveness and ensure business outcomes are met and where possible, exceeded
