- Branch Hybrid Loan Agents proactively solicit new residential mortgage business through two channels; By taking qualified, live inbound calls from company generated marketing leads, and By proactively soliciting new residential mortgage business and building a residual pipeline which they are free to manage how they see fit in order to meet monthly and annual sales goals.
- Primary responsibilities include generating leads by actively networking with mortgage, real estate and other related industry professionals and establishing relationships in the purchase and refinance markets.
- They actively develop and maintain a network of relationships as a source of new mortgage loan business in the purchase and refinance markets and meet established loan quality and production goals.
- Analyze customers' financial situations and provide the appropriate solution by advising customers as to the appropriate loan product for them.
- Lock loans at point of sale, request initial documents from the customer, and submit an initial, paperless loan package to production staff.
