- The Senior HR Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of employee leave programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and all relevant regulations.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for employees seeking information and assistance with leave requests, the Senior HR Specialist will provide guidance and support throughout the process.
- This role will involve providing direct support and counseling to employees on leave eligibility as well as collaborating closely with HR colleagues, managers, and external partners to facilitate smooth transitions during leave periods, ensuring a seamless integration upon the employees’ return to work.
- Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of employee leave programs, including but not limited to FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) accommodations, Paid time off (PTO) Sick leave, Maternity/paternity leave, Military leave, Bereavement leave and Workers Compensation.
