- In the first 90 days, Senior Legal Counsel will be expected to earn the trust of key stakeholders; own responsibility as the primary Legal contact for the America and JAPAC sales and retention teams; learn our software and the marketing technology space; become familiar with our standard agreements, policies, and other documents; and learn our Deal Desk approval process, pricing approval matrix, and Salesforce.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the CFO and other legal team members to support Sales, Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, People Success, and other internal stakeholders.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Provide thought leadership in legal specialties (e.g., data privacy, intellectual property), draft policies, train internal stakeholders, and stay informed about trends and innovations.
- Legal Support: Assist in matters related to litigation, investigation, debt collection, employment law, real estate, and other corporate issues.
- Team Management: Oversee and develop a small team of contract managers Minimum Requirements: Education and Licensing: Law Degree (J.D.) from a top-tier Law School.
