- This position offers multiple work arrangements onsite, hybrid, or fully remote work allowed in most locations within the United States, depending upon the role's responsibilities and business needs.
- Partner and collaborate directly with Corporate Communications and Marketing and HR Training Teams to create and execute communications and training plans as defined by the change management program/project.
- As applicable, provide vendor management oversight, direction, and leadership for system or business integrators bringing change management into the Enterprise.
- Excel at tailoring messages to diverse stakeholders, fostering engagement, and mitigating resistance by articulating the rationale and benefits of the change initiatives.
- High level competency in project management methodology, standards, and processes with an organizational change management (OCM) lens to include but not limited to strategic planning, task and timeline management, resource allocation, risk assessment and mitigation communication, and stakeholder management problem-solving, quality assurance, and adaptability and flexibility.
