- Description & Requirements Maximus is seeking an accomplished senior HRIS analyst who has experience with all technical aspects of configuring and maintaining Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems and who desires to join a diverse, high-performing HRIS team with tremendous professional growth and development opportunities.
- This prospective Maximus HRIS team member must have in-depth knowledge and hands-on expertise with ATS and/or CRM configurations, data integrations, end-user security administration, workflows/automations, reporting, upgrades and release management.
- Also, it is required that candidates for this position have knowledge and experience with Avature talent acquisition solutions, preferably the ATS, CRM and Onboarding solutions.
- Support development of or prepare post-production support documentation and/or training materials.
- Develop and execute a strategy for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the data within HR systems.
