- Administrative The Sr. Administrative Assistant role provides administrative support and clerical assistance to key members of the Site Leadership Team (SLT) which includes the General Manager, Human Resources Manager, EHS Manager and Engineering Manager to ensure effective and efficient office operations.
- Organizes, plans and schedules meetings, events, and travel for SLT. Develop collaborative relationships with administrative support team members from various departments.
- Provide general administrative duties in support of multiple departments: Organize catering for meetings and events.
- Assist with document control and management.
- Coordinates with Cornerstone personnel for site access and ensure visitor orientations are completed.
