- The Nebraska Department of Justice is currently seeking a recent law-school graduate for the Spire Fellowship.
- Named for former Attorney General, Nebraska Bar Association President, and philanthropist Robert M. Spire, the Fellowship affords young, motivated lawyers hands-on experience in the Office of the Solicitor General.
- The Office of the Solicitor General also provides legal advice to the Attorney General, drafts formal opinions of the Attorney General, and advises on the State's participation in multi-state litigation.
- The Spire Fellow will work alongside the attorneys in the Office of the Solicitor General, including briefing and potentially arguing appeals.
