- Collaborate with students, parents, and other staff members to develop and progress monitor Individual Education Plans (IEP) through the Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) process for each student assigned.
- Use data frequently to monitor student progress towards meeting IEP goals; adjust instructional and intervention services and supports as necessary to ensure students make progress.
- Scaffold instruction and accommodations and adapt activities to ensure equal access to grade level instruction.
- Participate in ARD committee meetings on a regular basis.
- ADMINISTRATION AND FISCAL/FACILITIES MANAGEMENT Operate office equipment, assistive technology devices, classroom audio-visual technology, and use computer to retrieve and send email and use district required system/software.
