- This is a full-time on-site role as a Sous Chef at 3 Guys Tavern Group located in Eastlake, OH. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen, supervising the staff, preparing and cooking high-quality meals, and ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met.
- The Sous Chef will also collaborate with the culinary team to create and innovate menu items, maintain inventory, and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and cooking methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
