- The Customer On/Off-Boarding (COB) is an enterprise service layer platform that provides APIs to enroll and enable OnStar services on a customer’s vehicle.
- COB platform is a Global platform that uses microservices and event-driven architecture to choreograph the end-to-end Onboarding and Offboarding Business Process managing vehicle pre-delivery, post-delivery and enrollment and vehicle activation of OnStar services.
- Senior Software Engineers on the COB platform team will be responsible for maintaining, delivering, and supporting backend microservices to support GM’s Customer On/Off-Boarding process.
- Software testing and quality assurance, performance tuning, code improvement, balancing, usability, automation
- Implement localization or globalization of software and microservices
