Review, analyze and modify existing proprietary applications to correct errors, improve performance and add new features while exceeding coding standards. (70%)Troubleshoot and fix production issues found by customers and internal consultants, reported by software support team. (10%)Attend Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Review and Sprint Retros as part of the Agile Scrum software development lifecycle. (10%)Code reviews, self-learning, and researching new technologies. (10%)DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEIf you can do everything listed above, you've got what it takes.
