- The incumbent will report to the Behavioral Health Director of the Clinton Service Unit.
- Provides skilled medical, social and psychosocial diagnostic and treatment service to individuals, couples, families and groups.
- Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; social).
- GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks: Ability to diagnose and treat individuals, couples, families and groups of people with acute and chronic mental health problems and substance abuse disorders.
- Selective Placement Factor: In order to be considered for this position an applicant must possess a current, unrestricted license U.S. State license as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), a Certified Independent Social Worker (CISW) or a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).
