- The Rethink Social Media Manager helps develop and is responsible for driving enterprise organic social media strategy in support of the broader brand, marketing, and demand generation goals.
- This role reports to, and works in close partnership with, the Communications Director (currently the CMO).
- Work with creative team and marketing contributors (Growth Marketing, Events, Content, Comms) to produce weekly in-house social content ensuring it is on-brand, meets social playbook guidelines and standards and achieves defined marketing goals for each channel and audience such as increased audience, engagement, traffic, and sales
- Measure and monitor Social Program impact; follower acquisition, brand awareness, engagement, competitive benchmarking, and other metrics as determined by CMO. Work with Marketing Ops to design, conduct, and deliver standard and custom social media reports.
