- The Social Media Manager, in collaboration with the creative team, is responsible for developing comprehensive social media strategies that reflect PAMM's mission and initiatives and managing all existing museum social media channels-Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X/Twitter.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably working with subject matter related to arts and culture
- Developed skills with writing, editing, storytelling, and crafting content for social media, apparent in work samples
- Strong voice: the ability to adapt the museum's mission, values, and ethos into a persona that will resonate with the audience of each channel
- Knowledge of graphic design basics (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, InShot, CapCut, etc.)
