- As a Skills Trainer you will provide on the job training or pre-employment coaching to your clients, promote your individual’s development of work skills, identify mentors and natural supports within the environment to enhance independence in the integrated labor market, while representing Skils’kin in a professional and mission focused manner.
- Ensure all services and billing conform to Spokane County and DDA/DVR contract requirements.
- Report suspicions of abuse, neglect, exploitation or serious incidents per Skils’kin/Skookum and County/State policies and procedures.
