- Collaborates with host school administration and Summer Learning Coordinator on facilities use including room assignments, administrative space, copier availability, teachers lounge, off-limits areas and building cleanliness.
- Monitors SCS email and ensures cell phone connectivity daily to be in contact with District staff and the management over Summer Learning for issues, updates and urgent communication.
- Reviews and practices the local Emergency Management Plan. Develops procedures to secure all assets and host school resources emphasizing control of and liability for assets.
- Ensures that the staff understands that Summer Learning operations are conducted ONLY in specified areas of the host site and that existing technology can ONLY be used IF approved by the host school principal and the management over Summer Learning.
- Applies the SCS Code of Conduct and school behavior expectations to guide disciplinary actions for disruptive student behavior.
