The purpose of the Director of organizational Quality role is to ensure that all children in the Charter school sector have an excellent education.
Manages a team responsible for and/or coordination of staff hiring at all program sites and ensures a pool of substitutes is available at all times.
Effectively creates and manages a great experience for every candidate from starting an application to entering the candidate pool.
Selects the most qualified candidates to be placed in the applicant pool based on information in application, resumes and supporting documents.
The goal of the position is to help improve teacher practice through specific teacher assistance plans and make recommendations for job retention.
