- These Wait Staff positions are responsible for the dining room services in the Main House, Dogwood, and Barn Dining Room. The Wait Staff positions are based on a tier system designed to inspire growth and development.
- Promotional positions available upon completion of the tiered system could include Captain (Supervisor), Bartender, Front of House Host/Hostess, Sommelier positions.
- Steward is responsible for learning the setup of the dining room, this includes polishing glassware and silverware, table set-up and rolling silverware.
- Food Runner is responsible for gaining intensive food knowledge and delivering plates from chefs to the guests' table.
