- The Senior Vice President of Development provides leadership and strategic direction to ensure the organizations stability and growth through philanthropic strategy.
- Ensures the successful identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of individuals, corporations and foundations to generate revenue for programs that advance PPGTs mission and goals.
- Oversees and manages the Development department including Major Gifts, Mid-Level Donors, Special Events, Grants, Annual Fund Giving, and Development Operations functions such as database management and prospect research.
- In conjunction with the President/CEO, Board of Directors, Chief External Affairs Officer, and other senior leadership, develops effective short-term and long-term strategies to meet the organizations fundraising objectives.
- Partners with President/CEO, Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Board Members, Development team and volunteers in donor/prospect cultivation and solicitation, enhance community visibility, establish donor relations, etc.
