- The Senior Technical Recruiter will have 5 + years in Technical (Engineering) Recruiting experience and will have expertise in full cycle recruiting (from intake calls to onboarding), expertise in Engineering along with the ability to quickly become highly skilled in supporting specific clients.
- Utilize the ATS system to track candidate, orders, placements and clients.
- Skills: Recruiting lift cycle from order intake, through sourcing, screening, selling, and offer management.
- Experience in direct hire recruiting; high touch (hiring manager contact) and low touch (VMS) recruiting, as well as understand the fundamentals of employment law as it applies to hiring practices, including a working knowledge of immigration.
- Must also have the ability to maintain a depth of knowledge of client's needs, including their SLA's and VMS systems.
