- This fast growing, green-tech, MIT-affiliated start up was just acquired by a major household name and is looking to grow their team by adding a Senior Sales Manager to serve as a player/coach.
- They offer a hardware/software solution for planning, building and optimizing microgrids in the distributed energy resource space.
- You'll be reporting into and collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and enforce sales strategies and
- KPIs, with a focus on growing their sales channel partnerships, especially with OEMs. To begin you will have two Senior Sales people reporting into you, with hopes to grow the team to 5 by the end of the year, so you should feel comfortable with people management (hiring, firing, mentoring).
- Retail/Store or Door to Door Sales experience not relevant.
