- This Senior Researcher role supports the Member Experience and Personalization teams, which strive to make finding the right title on Netflix intuitive and compelling with highly relevant recommendations tailored to members’ in-the-moment needs.
- Specifically, this role focuses on consumer-facing experiences in the Netflix app and search & recommendations experiences powered by machine learning to maximize member satisfaction.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Data Science, Engineering, Content, Product Marketing, and Communications to proactively develop research initiatives.
- Demonstrable experience in product research and/or user experience (UX) research, with mixed methods expertise including hands-on experience leading end-to-end quantitative and qualitative research studies.
