- In the development stage, the SRI will assess proposed projects by conducting feasibility studies to provide valuable input regarding viability, efficiency, timeline, and study design.
- A PhD or equivalent degree and at least 5 years' experience in (onco)immunology and autoimmunity, including mouse models, flow cytometry, lentiviral production, cloning, CRISPR genome engineering and immunoassays (ELISA, ELISPOT) is required.
- Responsibilities/Duties- Independent design and execution of all experiments- Development of animal models for cellular immunotherapy, immune cell fate commitment- Cloning, lentiviral production, transduction, flow cytometry, cell sorting, ELISA, ELISPOT, CRISPR engineering- Oral and written presentation of work, including lab notebook maintenance, assistance with manuscripts and grant applications- Perform additional duties as assignedQualificationsHighly advanced professional discipline.
- M.D., Ph. D., or equivalent doctoral degree and 5 years of postdoctoral experience is required on (onco)immunology and autoimmunity, including mouse models, flow cytometry, lentiviral production, cloning, CRISPR genome engineering and immunoassays (ELISA, ELISPOT) is required.
