- The Consumer Research & Insights (CRI) team within Global Consumer Marketing is a highly influential team that inspires consumer centricity throughout Bose by partnering closely with internal stakeholders and delivering innovative and actionable insights.
- CRI is looking to add another Senior Qualitative Consumer Researcher to the team.
- In this role, you will use your creative energy and research expertise to scope, design, execute, and report qualitative research projects using a mix of online and offline methodologies and supported by an expanding toolset of traditional and emerging tools.
- Strong methodological foundation in qualitative research, including, but not limited to, ethnography, in-depth interviews, focus groups, online journaling & interviews, and community moderation.
- Demonstrated success in applying innovation frameworks such as design thinking to product innovation problems.
