- As a product marketer on the Group Benefits Employee Marketing team, you’ll develop and implement a comprehensive, end-to-end marketing strategy for one or more products to drive strong and profitable acquisitions, customer loyalty and retention.
- You’ll be part of a team of product marketers managing the U.S. Group Benefits product portfolio within the global marketing organization.
- Achieving results in this role requires product and/or integrated marketing experience, innovative thinking, strong relationship skills and the ability to lead a cross-functional team including product, sales & distribution, research & insights, claims, service, analytics and marketing operations.
- Partners closely with global marketing activation leads to prioritize campaign builds, tests and activation strategies as well as resource allocation, pipeline management and capacity.
