- The Senior Product Manager, HCP Marketing plays a major role in the design, development and execution of marketing strategies for assigned product(s) within the Rare Disease franchise with an emphasis on HCPs.
- As such, the Senior Product Manager requires scientific acumen, strong knowledge and application of marketing disciplines, as well as effective leadership skills to ensure best in class execution, superior collaboration and effective decision-making.
- The role reports to the Head of Marketing, Rare Disease.
- Ensure effective and efficient cross-functional collaboration and alignment with other stakeholders and teams including marketing teams, sales, medical affairs, managed care, reimbursement, business analytics, Legal, Regulatory and Compliance in and outside the Business Unit to appropriately meet or exceed brand objectives
- Work closely with the Rare Disease leadership team to contribute to the development and realization of the business units' vision and plans
