Senior Marketing Operations Manager

- Be an expert in customer data, partnering with GTM team and Data/BI team to correctly report on CLTV and CAC in order to inform strategic recommendations of lifecycle marketing programs Own the systems, processes, and tooling responsible for effective lead routing and funnel conversion metrics Manage all technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM, lead enrichment, intent data, gifting platform, lead routing, GA4, lead tracking, etc.)
- You'll work closely with Growth (Marketing, Sales, CX) and Engineering (Data, Business Intelligence) teams to optimize existing MarTech, ensuring tooling supports and enhances current programs, reporting, and operations.
- Experience & Qualifications: 6+ years of marketing operations and/or marketing technology related experience Expert level skills in marketing automation software (HubSpot, Marketo) and Salesforce.
- Plus a strong experience with the following tools: ETL/CDPs (Hightouch, Segment), Metadata, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Google Analytics, Adwords, HotJar, Ahrefs, and content management systems (Webflow).
