The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving B2B growth through innovative demand generation strategies. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a data-driven mindset to develop and execute campaigns that capture demand and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities <ul><li>Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy in line with sales and growth targets.</li><li>Budget Management: Oversee the demand generation budget, enabling efficient resource allocation to maximize campaign impact and ROI.</li><li>Campaign Strategy: Design multi-channel marketing campaigns, utilizing insights from sales and go-to-market teams to target our ICP effectively.</li><li>Campaign Execution: Lead the launch of campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social media, email, and more — ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.</li><li>Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to create cohesive campaign strategies that resonate with our target audiences and sales goals.</li><li>Forecast Modeling: Excel in the use of predictive modeling and forecasting techniques to project the outcomes and impact of paid marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to drive results.</li><li>Account-Based Marketing: Implement and refine account-based marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage with priority accounts, customizing campaigns to meet specific audience needs.</li><li>Be an Activist: Take ownership of your work and results. Be proactive and lead by example.</li></ul> Role requirements:<ul><li>6+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing</li><li>Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns across paid media and owned channels.</li><li>Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and forecast modeling.</li><li>Solid understanding of B2B marketing dynamics and account-based marketing tactics.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and disciplines.</li></ul> Preferred qualifications:<ul><li>Agency background</li><li>Startup experience preferred </li></ul> This role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the US (preferred) or Canada (preferred).
