- Consistently act as team lead across 5-10 active projects and the in-house support specialist to coordinate tasks, provide client support or education, and educating team members, which requires the ability to teach and mentor effectively.
- Bachelors' degree or higher in Civil Engineering (with a Structural emphasis) or Architectural Engineering from ABET accredited school.
- A Professional Engineer or Structural Engineer license in one or more states.
