- The Senior Event Planning Manager will work directly with Group Meeting Planners during the event planning phase and will be available to welcome the groups during planning site tours, pre- convention meetings and as they are arriving at the hotel for their meetings and events, making sure there is a smooth execution of all events.
- Responsibilities include - Reviewing Sales Agreements, Detailing all Food, Beverage and A/V Needs, Managing Room Blocks and Pick Up, Billing Instructions and Final Review.
- This individual is also responsible for the training, coaching and development of Event Planning Managers and Administrative Assistants.
- This individual will work closely as the liaison between Meeting Planners and the Hotel Event Food & Beverage Department, Audio Visual Team and Hotel Operations making sure all client details are communicated to the hotel for fulfillment.
