Senior Environmental Assessment & Permitting Manager (Wetlands)

- The ideal candidate will have prior experience providing permitting (including agency coordination) with the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and Georgia state agencies, wetland delineation and/or mitigation, due diligence, project management and technical service in water/water quality, impact assessments, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), listed species etc.
- Types of projects may include but are not limited to: Residential and commercial permitting, mitigation/conservation banking, water resources, roadway, natural gas pipelines, Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) facilities, solar facilities, and other energy related projects.
- The successful candidate understands the informational requirements of key permits at the local, state, national, and federal level (e.g. NEPA, Endangered Species Act (ESA), Clean Water Act (CWA), etc
- Specific understanding of USACE Savannah District mitigation standard operating procedures, Georgia Stream Buffer Variance processes, and Georgia Department of Transportation data collection and reporting procedures, a plus.
- Responsible for project setup, project delivery, project controls, business development, client satisfaction and contract management
