- Total rewards programs include both base and incentive compensation, health and welfare insurance plans, wellness and employee assistance plans, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off/leave of absence.
- Responsible for ensuring effective and efficient operation of total rewards programs, including functions handled in-house as well as in coordination with third-party
- reports and regulatory reporting while adhering to data privacy and legal guidelines.
- Provide ongoing support to the Chief People Officer and Benefits Committee of the AHA related to the AHA's fiduciary and compliance responsibilities for all benefit plans, to include non-discrimination testing and plan audits.
- Continue to align total reward programs with diversity, equity, and inclusion principles, including a focus on evolving approach to pay equity and inclusive benefit design.
