- Position SummaryThis Sr Director of Marketing Communications will be responsible for the leadership, development and execution of the integrated and holistic communications strategy that both supports and forms the global IPT Business Unit. Working cross functionally with the IPT General Manager, Healthcare Marketing Vice Presidents and global Commercial Leaders, this individual will lead the positioning and protection of the IPT brand as the leader in reprocessing.
- This position will be responsible for developing and conveying the business unit value propositions across the portfolios, direct downstream programs including collateral, content, advertising and oversee / manage outside agency partners to deliver best-in-class materials.
- Identify challenges and emerging issues and work with the IPT leadership team to gain alignment on internal and external communications opportunities and solutions, and define and execute appropriate strategies to support them
- Determine and recommend technology platforms needs to enhance marketing communication efficiency, quality and on time delivery
- Build and manage the annual global Marketing Communications OPEX Budget
