- Lead Quality Pillar leaders in the field drive operational excellence.
- Leads the development of orientation programs and annual training of plant personnel with respect to GFSI, GMP, HACCP, and PCQI requirements.
- Strategically identify CI opportunities for the business and utilize Continuous Improvement tools such as SPC, Six Sigma, Lean, Root Cause Analysis, and others to drive FS&Q improvement.
- Lead facilities in the adoption and disciplined use of the commercialization process for new product/process launches and redesigns by establishing relationships with Research and Development, Packaging Engineering, Regulatory, and Operations.
- Bachelor s Degree Required in Food Science, Microbiology, Biology, Master's degree is preferred.
