- These system-on-a-chip designs requiring understanding of the IC-ATE interaction from multiple perspectives: chip design, firmware and software/APIs, and tester resources and operating systems.
- The test engineer will work closely with the design, design verification, and product engineering groups to conceive and implement tests covering the digital content of our converters.
- To achieve this, the test engineer must work with the Design and Systems/Applications teams to develop and implement a Design for Test plan, create and simulate functional tests in the Design Verification environment, translate simulation output into Automatic Test Equipment format and verify that those tests are working properly on ATE. In addition, the test engineer will be able to port design verification and applications software to enable protocol access/testing and device configuration.
- Specify Design for Test (DFT) features in collaboration with the Design team during new product development.
