- Senior Litigation Counsel works with business leaders across the organization and other legal team members to assess risk and develop strategies for pre-dispute matters, dispute management, and dispute resolution.
- Senior Litigation Counsel provides legal advice on legal disputes and litigation matters and works closely with external advisors and internal leaders on legal issues.
- Senior Litigation Counsel reports to V.P., Intellectual Property, Products & Litigation and collaborates with the V.P. in performing responsibilities.
- Accountable for working with business leaders to resolve disputes involving the Company, including negotiating successful resolutions and actively participating in dispute resolution where applicable.
