- The Senior Convention Services Manager would be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of banquet and catering events in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
- Able to negotiate banquet/catering (Food/Beverage/AV/Ancillary Revenues) sales to meet / exceed departmental revenue goals.
- The Senior Convention Services Manager would also be involved in budget management and maximation of group revenues, as it relates to upselling, menu pricing and strategy.
- Assist the Director of Catering and Convention Services with special projects, leading internal meetings when required, training and mentorship of junior or entry level team members.
- Maintain strong client relations and ensure that convention specifications are communicated and executed for a successful meeting experience for the meeting planner and attendees.
