- Risk Engineers must be able to identify construction exposures and program risk control gaps to form the basis of risk mitigation recommendations.
- Assisting customers with developing corporate and project specific QA/QC plans, water intrusion prevention/mitigation plans, crane management programs, conducting building envelope reviews and reviewing hurricane emergency action plans.
- Advanced level experience in the management/oversight of complex construction projects, industry trends and emerging risks specific to the energy-sector, mass timber, tunneling/hydro, data centers, and crane risk analysis.
- Civil works projects experience (bridge construction, highway, rail) also highly desirable.
- Advanced level experience with analyzing geotechnical risk, various natural catastrophe exposures, project schedules including delay and impact analysis, supply chain impacts, and identifying and calculating estimated maximum loss scenarios is preferred for the role.
