- Responsible for the design, development, administration and communication of compensation programs for Yale-New Haven Health System.
- Advises all levels of management on compensation administration, including salary increases, policy interpretation, career ladder development, market adjustments, equity adjustments, incentives, recognition programs and organizational structures.
- Reviews proposals for new or revised organizations to determine classification assignments and optimal organization structure.
- Participates in management meetings to provide interpretation of compensation programs, to provide guidance on specific compensation issues and to consult on a variety of HR issues.
