- Serve as a strategic partner to our Operations teams including our Finance, Information Technology, Business Transformation, Operations, and Office Services teams developing and driving the overall people strategy in partnership with the leaders in your client groups.
- Be a proactive and strategic talent development partner, supporting the identification and development of our people.
- Work collaboratively with our People & Culture team including our Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Internal Communications and People and Culture Operations teams to deliver integrated solutions to the business.
- Participate in planning and implementing various people and culture-related projects (in areas including mergers & acquisitions, disability management, workplace policies, wellbeing, DEI, etc.)
- You have a talent development orientation – you know how important people growth and career development is for engagement.
