- Note - This is a hybrid role based out of our Boston office (4 days/week in office, 1 day/week remote) Who we are: As a part of the broader marketing organization, the Wayfair Integrated Marketing team is responsible for increasing awareness and establishing deeper connections with our consumers through omni-channel campaigns and key storytelling moments, further fueling our marketing flywheel.
- Within this team sits Marketing Campaign Strategy, tasked with bringing to life omni-channel strategies for promotional events, brand campaigns, and seasonal go-to-market plans.
- We aim to create consumer interest, increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and build brand affinity.
- This role will report into the Manager, Marketing Campaign Strategy to support the end-to-end production of omni-channel campaigns across Wayfair North America with a focus on promotional/sales campaigns (e.g. Labor Day Weekend, Black Friday).
- What you’ll do: Project management & day-to-day execution for multiple promotional campaigns - responsibilities include, but are not limited to: clear, timely and effective progress on campaign planning, consolidating feedback for creative delivery, organizing campaign assets for efficient and on time launches, and running dashboard communications and recap creation to have a holistic campaign view.
